Improvements

The documentation is still under construction. At minimum, all methods that are usable by your plugins are in here. Some of them are well documented, a lot of them are not. We are working on getting the documented features to be more complete, but in the interum, if there are any core features you would like explained, let us know over at our forums and we will try to get docs in for the next iteration.
